Add 20% shipping to all orders under $150.00 and 10% to all orders of $150.00 or more for all lower 48 states domestic orders. Personal or company checks are accepted, as are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Most orders are shipped via UPS. For all UPS domestic C.O.D. orders add 20% to the total. Non-domestic, Alaskan and/or Hawaiian orders can not be placed on line via our shopping cart. You will not be able to use the cart because the shipping charges on the cart are based on continental US shipping costs. We are unable to predict specific shipping cost for non-domestic order and are thus unable to quote shipping estimates. Such orders will be shipped at actual cost plus 5% of the value of the order for special handling. You must place your order via Master/Visa/Discover or American Express by Mail, Fax, E-mail or phone (715-537-5422). Sorry, checks or their equivalent can not be accepted. Be sure to include your telephone number and e-mail address (if available). Include your carefully recorded card number with the proper expiration date and the three digit code from the back of the card, or four digit code from the front of the American Express card.
