Cowl Repair Clip
Top, front & bottom edges are formed like the original panel. Rear edge is flanged to form a flush fit during installation.
Overlap reinforcement included at the front of each panel where it bolts to the fender. We do not pre-drill the mounting holes in the reinforcement. The installer will drill his own holes and thus will have the flexibility to adjust for any modifications or variations encountered during installation.

'54-'71 Jeep CJ6, M170 Floor Panels
The length of the panel is from the rear floor riser forward to the toe board area with an approximate 2" roll up. The outside edge of our panel is properly formed downward to attach to the side panel as was original to the vehicle. We have provided an extra 2" of material at the transmission tunnel area which you can roll up if needed or trim off if not needed. Our passenger side floor panel does provide for the floor of the toolbox.

1941-1975 WILLYS Jeep CJ6, M170 Driver Wheelhouse Support
Our CJ5 & CJ6 support channel is a 2" wider version of the CJ2-3 type. The extra width is provided by our 2" joiner which is securely and neatly spot-welded into place. Our support channel is thus not a 100% accurate reproduction for the purist restorer, but is nevertheless completely functional for its intended application. (Our CJ 7 baffel will also fit and do the same job.)
